“Learning gives creativity; Creativity leads to thinking; Thinking provides knowledge; Knowledge makes you great,” said Dr.Abdul Kalam, one of the finest Presidents India ever had”.
I am glad to render my apostolic ministry in this esteemed Institution, Christ King Girls Higher Secondary School, a Government aided school.
I believe that life is all about creative response to the various gifts, opportunities and challenges that the world offers to each one of us. I am indeed happy that such opportunities are provided here in our school, for creative thinking, creative learning, creative art, creative analysis, creative projects and programmes and above all our creative interactions and relationship. Every child here is encouraged to respond creatively to soar high in the sky to achieve these dreams and opportunities.
I gratefully remember the vibrancy of the life example of the Apostolic Carmel Sisters and teachers whose foot prints have been imprinted in the history of the glorious journey of the family of Christ King.
Our commitment here in Christ king is to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will empower students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and enthused learners prepared to thrive in Our Society.
We believe that every learner is unique and special and that they all have the ability to learn. And we believe that it is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop every learner so as to prepare them for life. Learners are continually encouraged to appreciate our diverse community and to care for others by becoming global citizens and develop a concern and active respect for the environment.
With proud legacy of 86 years the school has excelled in every field. Students educated from this school have carved a niche for themselves in various fields at National and International levels.
We realize that “A dream, becomes a goal when action is taken towards its achievement” and therefore we are committed in taking productive and purposeful actions to create an encouraging climate for the students to become optimistic, self- determining, empathetic, lasting learners and leaders who will bring glory to the School, State and our Nation.
